Took a notion and thought I'd get those "yellow" standard bulbs out of my truck (2014 ram 2500 Tradesman) and try a brighter/clearer bulb. Went with these.

Just did it on the "low" beams for now. Bulb number H11.
For the "high" beams, bulb number is 9005.

They look way better then the yellow stock bulbs.

I'm also curious if there is a notable improvement at night.
Dad's '14 lights suuuuuck.

Yes, I personally believe it is better/brighter when driving... but i never really had any complaints about the brightness of the stock bulbs at night driving. Mostly i just didn't like the appearance of the yellow bulb in a new truck. These are much nicer looking.

I picked mine up at my local Autozone... probably find em cheaper online, but then paying shipping... I didn't mind paying a few dollars more to not have to wait.

The life of those are pretty short from what I hear. Seems like everyone I have heard that put them in says they don't last long. Which sucks because they're not cheap!

Ill never buy any of the Sylvania silver or gold star bulbs again. they are JUNK and burn out in under a years time. Complete waste of $$ IMPO.
