Did you also check the charge on the system? If its low on refigerant one side can blow cold one will blow warm most common issue blend door acuators do fail just odd to have one fail on a truck that new.

I did the refrigerant is full and the 3 actuators are good leaves me thinking it’s the 4th actuator wondering the location it’s accessible without ripping apart half my truck

Think you're taking apart your truck to get at the 4th one, pretty sure the dash and hvac unit has to come out to get at the one against the firewall

a few of the dual zone HVAC systems have a 5th actuator, that one is against the firewall, the Ram Vans have 5 actuators
I don't know which of the Ram pickups could have them.

In your case, pull both glove compartments
Then look up, the 4th actuator moves the Recirculation Door

while you have the glove compartments out
check your Cabin Air Filter
it keeps your A/C condenser cleaner

I am just thinking,
If your actuators all work , i would change the CAF out, with a another one
many owners buy the CAF from Geno's Garage
or
Fram Fresh Breeze Cabin Air Filter with Arm & Hammer Baking Soda,
others prefer a CAF with charcoal or carbon

the CAF is fairly easy to change out, finding the door clips, takes bit of finger work

One more thought
your system may be one that has a RESET

HVAC Manual Recalibration below

With the vehicle running set the HVAC blower to low

-Press and hold the recirculation button on the HVAC Control Head for 10 seconds and release.

-Now press and hold the recirculation button on the HVAC Control Head again until the recirculation LED begins to flash, then release.

-The system will perform a brief recalibration and reset faults
