I swapped in a UAQ into my 2016 2500 with a new USB hub adapter awhile back and using @Mpgrimm2 hub wiring harness.
Everything was working fine, but than one day my USB ports stopped working, they don’t even light up and act like they have no power. Beside checking Fuse #67 is there any else I could check, before replacing the USB hub.

I'm sure he'll chime in but a quick check would be to fiddle with the underseat harness while the truck is running.
