I'm going to pick up Rancho RS5000 Shocks for when I level my 98 - Advanced Auto carriers it - just get the shock for 1-2" of lift.

you will still need the coil spacer - you will also need the longer shocks - and an alignment -

do you use your truck as a truck and haul weight in the bed? if so leveling the truck will make your truck look silly when you actually put any good amount of wight in the box.

Your factory shocks will work. I had a 2.5 inch spacer on mine awhile back and the factory shocks worked.

I have a 2.0 HBS level on mine with the stock shocks...no problem and no complaints
