Weather map on 12" display

I've been making a number of trips back and forth to Michigan from Florida and I travel with my dog. So I would pull up the weather map (radar) on my F150 as I was traveling so I could tell where I would be in a dry area when I get my dog out to exercise him a little. It worked quickly on it. I tried to bring it up on the Ram yesterday. I was in the middle of a frog strangler so I knew it would show rain.... Nope. I left the weather map up for maybe 3 minutes and as far as what it was showing there wasn't any rain in the state of Florida.

I'm curious if anyone else uses it and how it works for you.

Mine seemed pretty slow. Hopefully the update speeds it up.

You retro fitted the 12" screen into your 4th gen?

My bad, I didn't realize he was talking about 5th gen only.

I have had that happen. Also hoping the update fixes it.
