Whats wrong with my tranny

So I have the 8hp70 in my ram 1500 it's a 2015 with the 5.7 when it's cold and I put it in drive or reverse there is a knocking sound but when it warms up there's no sound. What could it be cause im lost I replaced the oil pan with the integrated filter and had no shavings or chunks

You leveled the transmission as per the ZF instructions?

Yes I did everything the correct way and to clarify the knocking happend before the service was done

Like just one knock, or a rotational multiple knocks sound?
