Wheel not centered in wheel well after lift spindle installed

Well just got back from getting it aligned. The camber and caster was actually really well. A very small amount of positive camber on the left side and the right side was not really any. Caster was well as well. Did numerous measurements on the frame/control arms etc and everything was straight.

Did some measurements and the rear of the wheel well is pretty close to the driver side so only thing I can figure out is the bumper is off somehow. When I got it there were scrape marks and etc on the right side of the front bumper so maybe that can explain it. Guess I just never noticed before because it didn't rub before. Now with the lift the part where it rubs sits right in the middle of the wheel where it sticks out the most.

So I'm just gonna trim off the part where it is rubbing

Try to adjust the bumper first. No need to cut if you can adjust it
