i have been looking around this site and have done multiple searches for a specific wheel, tire and suspension set up but haven’t been able to find what I’m looking for. I currently have my 2500 at stock height but just bought Moto Metal 962 18x10 with -24 offset I’m running 295/70 18s and I am wondering if I will need a level kit or no? I do t necessarily want one but I am thinking I might need one because of the width and offset.

Can anyone confirm? Thanks!

Put them on and see what happens. That's all I can tell you. They will stick out a couple inches I'm sure.
You can always flatten out/push in/ clearance the back part of the wheel well that sticks out by softening it up with a heat gun.
May also require slight trimming on the front bottom edge air dam as well.
Both of those jobs are fairly easy.
