Will they fit? Wheel tire question

Need tires for my truck and thought about upgrading the wheels while I'm at it. Can anyone tell me if this combo will fit without rubbing.

My truck 2006 MegaCab 4x4 3500 stock suspension.
Wheel is an American Racing AR901
Size: 20x9
Bolt Pattern: 8x6.5
Offset: +20mm
Backspace: 5.79"
Hub Bore: 130.81mm

Tire is a Nitto Dura Grappler LT305/55R20/E

you should be good with those rims they will stick out more then stock. I believe stock rims on the 3500's was 17x8 with 6" backspacing but im not 100% on that. If im right you'll have and extra 1/4" clearance on the inside but with the wider rim your tires will have that extra 1-1/4" stickout.
