Hi guys. A little help please. I have a 2019 Ram 1500 with the optional LED light group. I want to install a set of LED lights above the grill at the hood line. Its a LED light strip, and also LED strip lighting in the bed. Will I throw any codes? Or have any lighting issues? It seems very easy to do as far as I can see from youtube. However they do not mention codes. Thank you in advance.

Hard to say. If it does use a load resistor or change some settings in alfaobd. But for that kind of stuff I have my doubts it'll throw a code. Worst case it does and it's easy to fix.

I would imagine a lot depends on where you are picking up the power for it. Tap into an existing lighting circuit may have undesired results. Coming off an independent powered dedicated relay and should be no problem.
