Wiring up a 05 light in a 07 truck

Does anyone know the best way to use the tail lights out a 02-05 in a 07 ram. I know you have to rewire them because the wiring is different. Has anyone done it and know any secrets

They have to be rewired but I have not personaly done a set yet. If your looking for the smooth look and want a light smoked looked ya could get a set of Recons.
