I started debadging my Ram, but now I'm not sure if I want to go all the way or not. I started with the tailgate and it looks so much better. I moved to the passenger door next. I took of the RAM first and started thinking that it looked nice with just the 1500 on the door. Now I'm not sure what I want to do. I did a little magic on the computer and made the 1500 and the HEMI badge disappear. 1500 and HEMI, just HEMI, or nothing. What do you guys like.
I used fishing line and an eraser wheel. The adhesive on the emblems pretty much just pulled off on the tailgate. The RAM adhesive on the door didn't though. Good thing I bought the wheel. It did make quite a mess though. There was just a little bit of gunk left from the door emblems. I was at Wal-mart looking for some goo gone or something and found Turtle Wax Label & Sticker Remover. I decided to try that. It worked great. Sprayed it on, waited a few seconds, and wiped it off. There is absolutely no sign of the emblems being there now.

I like it debadged completely. Looks like its missing something if it just has the hemi logo and not the 1500. U can also just do the tailgate and leave the doors stock. That wouldnt look bad. It doesnt all have to be debadged. Play with it drive it for a few days. U may like it. lol

I personally haven't ever considered completely debadging my truck, but after looking at those pictures I would have to agree and say take em' all off. That photoshopped pic looks sexy as hell

Does look a bit empty to me without anything at all. Normally im a debadger, but I dug the look of it with the hemi badge alone. Just my opinion. The good news is that it will still look good no matter what you decide. :D

Naked it is(almost). I took everything off the drivers side and left the HEMI on the passenger. I'm still not sure which I like better. I'm going to drive it like that a while and decide. Maybe I'll just leave it. It's like having two different trucks. At least badges are easy to change if I change my mind. I put the HEMI badge up on the hood just to see what it looked like. Not sure about that one. My main thing is I just don't want it to look like every other truck. Having the Outdoorsman already pretty much does that though. I don't see them very often and have only seen one other silver one. Maybe I need one of those ********* stripes on the hood.

Looks awesome! You can get one of those black decals for the hood on the All Mopar Parts website that's linked on the side of RF over there ----->
I was actually looking at it earlier. And you're definitely right about the Outdoorsman being unique. I was minutes away from buying one but went with the Big Horn instead because it had the bucket seat I wanted in the front. I think I can honestly say that I've never seen an outdoorsman in person other than when I was looking at them at the dealership. They seem to be pretty rare to come by, at least here in MD.
