Not sure if i should post here or in electronics. Have a 2020 Ram Bighorn with the adjustable seats and pedals on driver side. Some times when i hit unlock it changes my seat settings. I've looked online and all i can find is the info for drivers preference settings for trucks equipped with the 1/s/2 on the door. My truck doesn't have this but yet some times goes to a preset. Thought i was going nuts till my wife saw it happen on a trip when we got back to the truck from getting lunch.

Anyone know how to set these setting to a key fob with out the door option? Or should this be in my owners manual and I'm just missing it.....

I too have the 2020 Bighorn with adjustable seat and pedals but have never seen this issue in my truck. I only have issues with the seat if I reach down between the seat and door and hit the button(s). Perhaps a dealer visit is in order?

Does it move the seat back and the pedals forward? Not sure if this exists in the Gen5 but does your truck have some kind of entry/exit setting?

This is a first for me to hear about. I also have the same setup, but don't have this issue. My seat/pedal configuration stays the same, but I would be very interested in hearing the outcome of this.

There has to be more to this situation. A setting in the Uconnect? A switch of some sort on the door for resetting? Wierd.

Good idea to check Uconnect...If not guess I'm going to call the dealer to ask and make sure, or schedule the wife and I for a physiological exam in case we are seeing things.....

This is what I was talking about in my previous post. Thanks for posting that pic (I don't have that feature).

The salesman told me each fob for my 2015 could be programmed to the preference of each driver so my wife could set it where she wanted it. I told him it was a non issue because she won't have a fob or drive it. Are you using the same fob all the time?

Each keyfob can have it's own seat and even music favorites on the '20 limited. Also, there is a entry/exit feature in settings that can be disabled/enabled. But, I think you would know the exit feature as not what you are experiencing. If you are sharing keyfobs, that would be my quick guess.
