So in short ...i like my drop in plastic liner for the sake of being able to push a 300lb log into the bed and have it slide smoothly. But I don't like all the crap that gets underneath it..anyone have a suggestion on a hard smooth spray on or brush on Bed liner option?

Sounds like either a bad bushing or joint..or the worse sounding steering stabilizer ever...my money is on those ball joints..which I assume is what your greasing when the sound goes away

Like dudeman suggested ..transmission bench on youtube hands down has the most in-depth video there is..granted it doesn't cover measuring for selectable spacers on the intermediate shaft or the over drive apply piston...but bolt by bolt piece by piece ..its really good

The fairbanks transaction kit that came in my rebuild kit from patc says it will charge the tc in park..i have yet to mess with it yet as I'm still rebuilding the rest and I haven't gotten an answer from patc about an discrepancy in the kit
