Hello!
My name is Ryan (also known by the nickname “HEMI RYAN”), and I’m a non-certified mechanic that is gradually learning by working on my vehicles and family members vehicles. I am hoping to attend a trade school (Pennco Tech) to become a certified mechanic and chase my dream!
I joined this forum back in June of 2023 only because I was having a problem with my truck, specifically a backup camera that failed and only showed a black screen, nothing else. Now, I’m constantly going back and forth on this forum to not only just work with people and help others, but to also learn more!
I have always been a Mopar fan. I mainly got it from my Dad, John. Only a couple years after I was born, he bought a brand new 2012 Ram 1500 Big Horn Quad Cab 6'4" bed with the 345 CI Hemi V8 paired with the 65RFE 6-Speed Auto in Brilliant Black (PXR) and with the optional sport hood. He absolutely loved that truck. Every time you would turn your head, he was washing it, and he rarely put any miles on it (35k miles when he sold it in 2017).
So ever since then, I’ve been a huge fan of Mopar, and specifically 4th-generation Ram pickups!
It has to be in the blood!!
