    I am pretty sure it's normal. I get it on my 2021 as well (though mine is 2WD). The best way I've found to mitigate it is, after coming off the brake and the engine re-engages, to give it 1-2 seconds before I roll into the gas pedal.

    Agreed. That's a really good deal. Do it. Don't think about it, just do it, that's 25% off MSRP and it equipped very well. Don't worry about the eTorque, on forums you generally only hear from people that have problems. For each complaint there are probably 1000 satisfied users of said system.

    OEM brake controller advise

    Bought off eBay from Steve White Motors for pretty cheap (I forget the price but it was around $190, I think). Installed myself and had the dealer program for $100. Totally simple install.

    My favorite feature on this truck is my 17" wheels. Came from a mercedes with rubber-band sized sidewalls. It's nice to hit a curb when making a turn in a drive-thru and not worry about scratching the rims.

    I get that but you're also talking about a 24 year gap between the two. I bought my truck a year and a half ago and it now costs 25% more to get the exact same truck. Just more of the same insanity taking over everything I guess.
