    This seems to be common on the uconnect4 screens. When it happened to my wife's Durango I googled it and found chargers and challengers with the same issue. We bought the lifetime warranty so it only cost us $100 to replace but I still think this was a defect that should have been recalled.

    For each R&P they put in they had to have an inspector brought in to approve the work. It makes a drawn out process of them having the truck even longer when we have to wait a week more for them to inspect and approve.

    My advisor agrees with me. He even said when he puts the parts in the system it tells him if it is covered or not. When he calls it in for approval they denied it as wear and tear.
