Lowered 4th Gen Pics - Show Em Off!

Yes, after installing them 3/8" longer than stockers and after alignment, the camber cam bolts on the lower control arms are somewhere in the middle. Before they were nearly maxed out. Definitely gives more headroom to align. And the ball joint angle is far better than the stock arm.

    2016 2500 2WD Lowering

I doubt there is a specific kit for 2wd HD rams. Your best bet will be to find a good reputable drop shop and see what they offer.

INEZ hot rods UCA install pics

The INEZ control arms actually use chevy ball joints for both upper and lowers. Upper is part 6292 The MAS have a nice anti-corrosion coating. And a sealed dust boot.

    2019 1500 1st pics

IM sure the current hemi will be an option. Then maybe two year after they'll either update the hemi or go totally different option. Either I'm excited to see what's coming. I'm way over do to trade in my 09' which I purchased new. But there's no other truck worthy right now IMO

INEZ hot rods UCA install pics

Due to only having a 2" drop upfront and not going lower anytime soon I just purchased the UCA from Inez for alignment purposes. I adjusted them to be 3/8" longer than the stock arms. With the factory arms the lower adjustment bolts were maxed out all the way. This brings the truck to alignment...

    Best place to align? Dealer?

When it comes to alignments, where do you guys go? Dealer or independent shops like firestone or discount tire, etc? When I first dropped my truck I took it to the dealer and they did a god job. Last I had it aligned at a place by my house (firestone). They gave me a printout. But the truck...

    Inez Hotrods 4/6 Drop

How are the front arms to install? Do they fit/line up perfect or do they take some force to get them in the mounts?

    Aluminum arm vs stamped steel

I got my hands on a pair of 2013-up LCA off a 2015 ram 1500 with 15,000. My truck (2009-2012) came with stamped steel arms. These are definitely lighter. Pretty much same mounting points and they don't change the height on the suspension. Before I installed them I replaced the ball joints with moog.

    1/3 drop??? Anyone done it??!??

I had the ground force kit before the belltech and it was more like a 1.5" front drop. And the rear is like 2.5". Even after it settled. It rode really good though. You can always buy the belltech spring kit and add lift spacers.?

Alignment required with new UCA install?

If the 5100's add a slight lift, then yes an alignment for sure. Also the aftermarket control arms probably are not exactly the same length as oem.

Issues with factory front end link removal

When I first did the switch I instantly noticed a change. At first when the suspension travels it felt like it was binding. I feels more smooth with the shorter links. You will not a have a problem if using stock sway bar. I think the hellwig swaybar is a bit shorter causing more of an angle on...
