Cam or converter?

Cam or converter?
Hey guys so pretty soon im thinking about doing some performace upgrades and kind of on a tighter budget and was wondering if yall think I should do a converter to put the power to the ground or a cam, either way we go it will have a tune and long tubes. Apple car play plug jn
So I know they make the little device you plug into your usb to give you Apple CarPlay or android auto. Anyway I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with these because depending on results I get from you guys will depend on if I buy one. Thanks- Prestonguillory14
