    First it is a Ram dealer. Second they gave the highest KBB trade value in the book. Third even though my truck had been having this problem for 2 years off and on ,as an electrician I know how hard it is to find an intermittent problem. And fourth my truck had 80,000 miles on it

    Never in my post did I say they have no problems. I actually had a brand new GMC in 94. Motor was knocking at 7k miles. It happens. But unlike Ram they gave me a new motor and fixed it.

    You know what , I’m just really pissed right now. I loved that Ram I had. I really appreciate your advice. But I just don’t know if I can get over how I was treated. This one I just got is black. I do not like black. And I know it’s picky but for some reason my other Ram has HD radio this one...

    The dealer was great Ram totally sucked. They gave me top BB value for my truck and I paid a little less than retail for this other one. Not at all what I wanted but tell me who can be without transportation for a week? The problems with my truck lasted for two years. Would you buy another one ...

    Had no choice. They apparently didn’t care to fix the issues with my truck. So all they had were Rams on the lot. Took a black one which was about the only V8 they had. I hate black. Hope to trade it for a Chevy this week.

    It had 140 codes when they looked at it. Now they disappeared. They said they cant get it to do it again. It’s obviously a computer issue but Ram won’t do anything. It’s over I got rid of it.

    At the dealer now. Ram won’t do a damn thing. My case manager never called. Making a deal on another one because I’m between a rock and a hard place. Nobody else will take it. Not even the truck I want. Have little choice.

    Still no resolution. I agree it’s probably a computer issue. Case manager hasn’t called me in a week.

    What did you do with your 4th Gen this week?

    Took it back to the dealer for the 6th time to probably NOT get it fixed again. Thinking about sending it to the crusher and using whatever comes out to make lemonade and margaritas.
