    Yes 1999 With 5.9 return vacuum . Yes it has ; Evap Purge Solenoid ; Evap Leak Detection Pump Filter ; Evap Leak Detection Pump I Really Appreciate The Help I Am Receiving ! Ray Sanchez

    I blew air through all air lines and they are clean . I cleaned the evap leak detection filter , and charcoal filter and still have the problem

    I have a 1999 Dodge Ram1500 Sport 4x4 5.9. I went to put gas but when I took the cap off both air and fuel came out the filler tube . Has anyone else have this problem and what did you do to fix it ?
