    No it’s pretty fast, just make sure when you install all your bed drains are clean. I had a new one installed in my 21 and I had to get a pick to get all the rust pieces that fell in the holes from the transport truck trailer raining down in the bed.

    Awesome truck and it seems the nest deals are in CA as I bought mine in Elk Grove. I got weather techs and it’s good coverage but a bit slippery under the gas pedal initially. I sanded mine a bit to get grippy.

    The new trucks have a different setup and the OP is correct the non nav is a one piece design, the nav unit and the 12” are both two piece designs. I would imagine it’s the same as swapping to the 12” as far as the new module, cable, display and bezel. i Would search that 12” conversion thread...
