    My 2013 works fine....its charges all the time....and plays fine thru the 8,4 touch screen. Which USB Port do you have it plugged into?? Needs to be in the Aux USB...not the other one....I have my cell phone charger pluged in that one...cause its the only power source in the whole truck that...
