    J. I too have the 8 speed. The dealer told me the same thing. There is nothing in the owners manual that I could find about it. But there is info on the 6 speed. Basically they told me to leave it alone. I pull a 6500lb camper and that didn't seem to concern them. I wasn't too comfortable...

    Does anybody know when I should change the trans fluid on my '19 2500 tradesmen with the 6.4? I tow a 6500lb camper thru Ohio hills. 28K miles on the clock so far. Dealer says it's lifetime oil. Not sure I agree with that.

    Yankee, On your '92 250, on the passenger side of the winshield there is another tag. Under the wiper cover. You have to look thru the vent. Thats the tag I'm wondering about. On the cars this tag is on the drivers fender and has all the options the vehicle came with. I would like to know...

    The tag I’m talking about is usually located under the hood on the drivers fender of the older cars. On my ‘93W250 it is at the base of the windshield under the wiper screen. You can see it thru the screen. It has all the options the truck was built with.

    Thanks so much tron67j. What about the tag that shows all the options on the truck? It is located under the windshield wiper cover on the passenger side of the cab.

    Does any body know how to decode the vin tag on a ‘93 W250. This isnt the tag up on the dash. This tag is on the passenger side of the cab, below the windshield, with the windshield wipers.

    I had the same issue with my 93 W250. It sounded like it was possessed. It turned out to be the crank sensor. And it was hard to get to against the firewall.

    E rated tire pressure question

    My Firestones say 80 psi max. Being as the truck is primarily used to haul my 6500lb trailer, I keep it at 80 all the time.
