Mine started doing this about a month ago. I've got 7k on it and it's a non-power seat. Mine sounds like it's coming from the area where the bottom and the back come together. It sounds like something might be loose and flexing a bit.
If this is gonna be your daily driver, I would say look for something with a lot less miles. I personally wouldn't buy a used gasser with over 100k. Hell I probably won't ever buy another used truck.

I have noticed my intermittent start up chatter has gone away since I did my first oil change at 6k miles. I went with PUP 5w20 and haven't noticed it since. I'm still pretty early in this OCI but it's nice not hearing that racket.

Weakness in the wrist could lead to lack of grip strength needed to properly insert gas nozzle and squeeze trigger. I suggest doing a few farmers walks to increase grip strength.
