Update...found a short in a line to the pcm. Tested continuity on negative terminal and got a hit on a hot pin on the pcm connector. Also showing a short at one of the o2 sensors on bank 2. Update you guys when I get more into it
Oh ****. That's right, I have an obd2 Bluetooth that does. But yeah, I believe the Diablo does but not as detailed. I will check it asap, but got a lead today with a continuity check. Found a bad ground somewhere in the engine harness. I believe it's at my O2 sensor.

Yes that test is what confirmed the bad lifter destroyed cam back in july. That repair cost me almost $6000 with me doing all of the labor. But I also replaced with upgraded all new ignition and fuel injectors. Did't change lbs on injectors, just got a good brand.
Yes, COP are good. Push rods where in great shape. it now has hellcat oil pump and lifters. oil pressure was normal. All test where done 700 miles after cam swap. Leak down, compression, vacuum etc. all was great. She ran so good for almost 2 months.
I already swapped back to old pcm and had same effect, map is new, air intake charge temp is new, there isn't a throttle positioning sensor (thanks ram) guess it is built into the electronic throttle body, will test ignition coils, o2, engine coolant temp, and injectors next. But the coils and...
Have the scan tool, it has only thrown 2 codes. p0175 and p0506. One is low idle air control the other is too rich fuel. I replaced the purge, map, pcv already. Only got cyl.- 1,2,3,4 plugs out and 1-2 look really bad, 3-4 look ok but covered in fuel. Want to take the valve covers off to check...
It is a nice forum, first and only one I have ever been part of. I going to call it quits for today I now have another headache. LOL Thanks again guys, will keep you all posted.

I will continue testing O2 sensors and other ideas. I have a buddy that may let me swap his throttle body over to mine to see if that's the problem thank you guys for the help I'll be going offline for a little while while doing this I'll check back in later

yes all injectors seem to be working correctly no leaks all the coils seem to be fine the truck run on 7 cylinders for 2 weeks and ran at least ran you know like now it won't stay idling it'll die

as far as looking at the two codes on all data and other websites the only one component listed on both possible causes was the map sensor that's why it was the first thing replaced and all the other things listed - the PCM has been checked and replaced

I meant to add that earlier sorry yes the throttle body was clean very thoroughly when I took the intake off during the cam swap cuz I pulled the entire engine out of the truck to clean the valves seeing if that stuff needed to be replaced sent the heads off to get looked at, but yeah the...
This is what I'm leaning towards so far but I have no way to test unless someone knows a way to test, the throttle body is an electric throttle body there is no air temperature control or air fuel mixture control on these if the throttle body motor thinks it's in one spot but it's not wouldn't...
I have both a Haynes manual and all data account I did do the carb cleaner around the vacuum lines and thought I heard a difference but I couldn't get it to do it again but it also changes so much that it's hard to tell I got a total of three codes two were these two P0175 P0506. the last one I...
