CHANGING TOPIC, since I can't figure out how to start a new one. Driving a 2021, 6.7 turbo. 72,000 miles now with only the air filter problem mentioned above. After 47 years in the Merchant Marine I am habituated to preventive maintenance programs. I don't see anything about "pop testing"...- Tensalmon

Just returned from a two month / 12,000 + mile road trip w/camper using an OEM air filter. No problems. Am considering experimenting with a KandN reusable filter. Any input from anyone. Yes, I read the replies. Looking for more info.- Tensalmon

The air filter that I was informed was wrong was a NAPA 6930, which was the 3rd one I put in since purchasing the vehicle. The only thing I can report is that the initial problem is resolved. So far. But we've only about 800 miles since replacing it with an OEM filter.- Tensalmon

Just an FYI regarding engine air filters: I'm new to this forum and new to diesel powered trucks. Regarding our 2021 Ram, 3500 6.7 turbo I've learned from the local Dodge dealer than the check engine light (low boost) (DPF) was due to using 3rd party engine air filters - which I've been using...- Tensalmon
