Riding off into the sunset, folks!

Having owned / owning both, I would not say that the F150 ride is harsh. Empty, the Ram's ride is a little better than the F150s though.

    Rear Differential Locking Up

I believe Ram recommends servicing the differentials every 50,000 miles or so. Hopefully, you have been doing that.

The Ram Dealership Says My '19 Laramie 3500 Dually is Worth $59K. What is it Really Worth?

In 2015, CarMax paid me $2,500 more than the dealership offered me on trade. They cut me a check on the spot and I took an Uber home. LOL IMHO, you should at least visit a CarMax dealership and see what kind of written offer they give you.

    So Long Ram

Reprogramming for a tire wheel change over is also super easy on my VWs .... just hit a button and you are DONE. Ford tends to over complicate things unnecessarily. I do like the acceleration and fuel economy of the F150 though, but probably would have bought another Ram 1500 in May of 2021 if...

    So Long Ram

With the Ram, when changing over to my winter tires and wheels, the 2015 Ram was smart enough to sense the new TPMS sensors, on it's own. My 2021 F150 requires a trip to the dealer to get the truck to recognize the "new" TPMS sensors.

Current Chevy owner but like the Ram. Convince me :)

I have a friend with a 2015 Silverado, with relatively low miles, he already had to replace the 5.3L rocker arms and now the truck is all rotted out. He WAS a lifelong GM guy and says he is now done with GM / Chevy / GMC. After seeing how trouble and rust-free my 2015 Ram 1500 was, he says he...

Looking at a 2016 1500 and have a couple of questions.

The front and rear axle differentials are probably overdue for a fluid change.

Anyone put 2 dirt bikes into a Ram Box???

No. The Ram 1500 with the Ram Box got sold and I ended up with a 2021 F150.

I agree with most of what you say, for ease of use, UConnect wins. And the Rams and Trail Boss Silverados are probably some of the best looking trucks. I still miss the looks of my Ram and the compliments I used to get. But front and rear passengers, compliment the comfort inside my F150...

    So Long Ram

14,000 miles on the F150 so far. Everything is great on the truck EXCEPT Ford's Sync which constantly drops my phone or will not recognize it. Also, the number of messages and warning this truck sends me is down right annoying, and the security system is too sensitive. Stellantis UConnect is...

Question regarding current used vehicle market sales

In May, I easily got $25,000 cash (private sale) for my old 2015 Hemi Outdoorsman with 87,000 miles. I bought it 5 years prior with 7,000 miles for under $31,000. I hate trading in as it seems that the dealers always try to screw you on trade in and play games when doing so.

As in my previous posts, I don't have an Ecoboost. I have a 5.0L V8. And I didn't compare my F150 to a Rebel, although I did say that I wanted a 2021 Ram Rebel. Please GO BACK AND THOROUGHLY READ my post. I never said I had an EcoBoost. I never compared my 5.0 F150 FX4 to a Ram Rebel...

    So Long Ram

Correct. My 2015 (and current) Ram(s) had/have the ZF-8 speed. And my 2015 Ram had a limited slip rear differential not the full electronic locker that my FX4 F150 has. My 2021 Ford has the 3.73 axle ratio whereas my Ram had a 3.92 axle ratio, however this difference is small. I think Ford's...

    So Long Ram

As previously stated, in late May I sold my 2015 Ram 1500 crew cab for $6,000 less than I bought it for 5 years / 80,000 miles ago. It was a well equipped all black Outdoorsman with a Hemi, limited slip 3.92 axle ratio, small factory lift kit, power heated seat, power rear sliding window...
