Well, I had the adjuster sleeve jam nuts welded back in June 2019 on my '18 2500.
About a week ago I received an update from FCA re: How an alignment is performed after the welding!!! Nothing like keeping on top of a situation!
Here is a pic of the items included...FREE stickers!
I'm retired now, but used to drive tractor trailer for Daimler-Chrysler, Chrysler Transport, FCA,Stellantis. We once had Mack tractors & had a bunch of idler pulleys go bad. Mack sent us a pallet of replacements under warranty. Our mechanics changed them all out.
Some FCA vehicles have a fuse slot w/ 2 positions. #1 hot w/ ignition. #2 hot all the time. Move the fuse over to suit your needs. Look for a fuse spot w/ 3 little slits for the fuse blades to go in.
Sometimes you need to fully tighten the lug nuts, then back them off a little. Drive around the block. Wiggle the steering wheel to loosen the front. Slam on the brakes to help w/ the back ones. I've also had to back the tires on my Dually into a curb to break them free.
Good Luck. Let us know...
