Shady finance department
Pushy salesmen that tell you what you can/can’t purchase
Then comes the service department. Their service department is filled with shade tree techs that have been known to leave grease and oil spots on the interior.
Fingerprints on the paint from pulling themselves out from underneath the truck.
Charging for air in a tire that was 5 psi low during the inspection while getting an oil change.

When I drive by this dealership I [emoji1596][emoji1596][emoji1596][emoji1596][emoji1596]on my way to the VA doctors office.
Don’t do business here unless ya like getting screwed over

Tell us how you REALLY feel. LOL

Could be worse...
You could have those greasy fingerprints left on the body from pulling out from underneath after leaving the VA hospital! :O

Pushy, rude sales manager, The ***** actually accused me of wasting her salemans time and told me she didn't think I really wanted to buy a truck because I got pissed at her and the salesman for bothering me at work.
Salesman couldn't follow simple instructions on when It's ok to contact me and when It's not.

I wouldn't buy a spark plug from those assholes.

If they didn't act like they were doing you a favor every time you came in for an oil change, it would be great. Decided to go to the local Lithia dealership yesterday for my recalls, was treated unbelievably. I was shocked when I was ACTUALLY CALLED when it was finished. Nice, courteous and I received the inspection sheet. Something I never received at the other place after I asked for it. Found a new dealership.

Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
4345 Buford Drive, Buford GA 30518.

1999 Dodge Magmum 5.9, paid $800 to have the intake manifold gasket replaced. 1 month later realized they never did it. Literally I paid for nothing.

2013 Ram 1500 5.7, paid $2300 to have the 3:55 gears replaced with 4:10's and LSD. 2 years later I had a problem and brought the truck in to be looked at; they voided my warranty due to aftermarket parts. The parts were OEM from that dealership and they were the ones that installed them. Their excuse was they still consider them aftermarket if the parts don't come on the truck from factory. They said the repair was going to be $2800 due to the gears being in pieces and LSD destroyed. I knew it was a lie so I told them to show me; we go back and my truck is sitting there with the rear diff cover still on. I ask how he knew the rear end was destroyed without removing the rear diff cover. He said, " I've been doing this long enough to just know". LOL
Took the truck down the road to a local guy, only thing wrong was a bad pinion bearing. $90 part.

Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Billings Montana
2229 King Ave West, Billings MT 59102

2018 Ram 2500, cam in on vacation with transmission problems, 2000+ miles from home. To make a long story short they delayed my vacation 23 hours and all they did is drive my truck 6 miles and determined nothing wrong. They said they would drop the pan and look for problems, never did anything. The kicker is they put on the paperwork I was towing in 6th gear. I've never towed anything to date. Them being to lazy to do a proper diagnosis is one thing, but falsifying documentation is flat out criminal. I called and reported them to my Max Liftime Warranty holder and to Ram Care for fraud. They told me I Must get the notes in the system change at the dealership in Montana or it could come back on me for using the truck improperly. I called the service department supervisor but I've yet to get a call back. This was 4 months ago. I live in Georgia, I can't simply drive to the dealership and get this worked out; Montana is a two day drive. Bottom line, know one gives a rip.

I have never had a good or even a fair experience at a Dodge Ram service department.

DAMNNNNNNNNN, some ya`ll got it slightly worse than me, maybe i better just leave my dealership out of this thread for now.
My biggest complaint with my dealership is,
1) lack of communication (NEVER ONCE have they ever called me back)
2) not fixing it right the first time (minimum of 5 trips back for the same problems)
3) lying to me about doing some of the work that they actually didnt even do.
(schmoozin me to try to make me feel better, like they went the extra mile for me, but didnt, just outright lie to me)
4) grease and dirt all over the interior...CONSTANTLY...!!!!

When they give me a loaner until my truck is fixed, it always smells like rotten food, filthy windows, smokers drove it, ww blades ALWAYS worn out.

The worst thing they`ve done, is i go out to get in the loaner to leave for the day to go to work one day,
some ******* parent change their rats ****** diaper`s, and LEFT THEM ALL IN THE CAR!!! And this was on a 90+degree summer day!!!! WHO DOES THIS...?!?!?!?!
I have no idea how long those ****** diaper`s had been in that brand new dodge charger, but i would guess for a few days... i about puked when i opened the drivers door.

Not even so much as a "i`m sorry", they just go grab another car off the lot.
I always say thank you... they just walk away like i`m invisible.

I do miss my other brand dealership... wife an i were ALWAYS happy with them, but they dont sell trucks.
My wife has recently jumped ship from dodge... she`s had enough, and i dont blame her, she`ll never buy another FCA product EVER again.

I would have to say I have you beat ! Lakeland dodge Chrysler jeep , spent the day there buying my truck wanted several thing fixed replaced , ok we will do this for you. Like I said I was there all day and it's 100 miles from home. Two tires needed to be replaced, air filter was plugged solid , key fob missing, and do a normal service, after 6 hrs I get in the truck to leave nothing is done only a oil change, and with excellent credit score of over 800 I got the best rate 8% , When I started complaining no one wanted to here anything after all I own the truck now so next day I did a refinance at 2.8%
Replaced 3 tires myself at $450 changed both air filters

I bought mine from Bill Luke in Phoenix. They were your typical greedy, deceitful dealers. They were nice, but acted like they were on the phone with some wholesalers who were low balling my trade, when it was really them. The salesman also made it a point to disappear with it's keys and registration once I gave it to him because they would have acted like they lost it all if I tried to leave and go elsewhere.

They had a 9K discount listed for it on their website, which magically changed to an 8K discount as soon as I wanted to buy it. I had the truck pulled up on my phone, which actually re-loaded itself with the higher price. I had the lower price printed out that I showed them, and they acted like honoring 'their mistake' was doing me a favor.

A lot of dealers have some sort of Authoritarian personality disorder or something. They really think their customers are subordinate to them and need to be obedient to them. I got up to walk out a couple of times when he was being smug and smarmy with me because I had 3rd key in my pocket and they suddenly turn from bossing you around to groveling like a scalded dog.

Lustine Dodge, Woodbridge VA

By far the most scandalous service department. Unfortunately they also offer the best deals in the area.. It’s a double edged sword to say the least. Be forewarned, these guys go straight for the jugular on the sales floor. I almost went fists to cuffs there on my last deal. They literally think everyone walking in the door is a moron..

On the flip side, Safford Dodge in Springfield VA has the absolute best service department I’ve ever worked with between VA and FL!

Stockton Dodge, Stockton, CA. Made a deal in the online department, went to pick it up and typical "bait and switch" was tried because the online salesman was gone. I left without a truck. Called me back the next day to make "make it right". Purchased the vehicle and all was good. BUT, the service department screwed me over on the "Lifetime Warranty" because they failed to do the correct inspection (FCA wouldn't back it). Didn't find out until I needed it six years later. When I bought my 2016, I went to Tracy, CA. They did great, but the service department??? Nope, so I tried Normandin Dodge in San Jose. They did okay until the last visit. Couldn't do the recall items (event after I checked for parts) after a 4 week wait. Then, they hid the Dodge and made me play "Marco Polo" to find it in their lot (found it in the back corner and had to guide it out) now I am looking for a dealership in San Jose. Love the truck though:).

Carbone Chrysler Dodge Jeep in NY Mills NY. Wife purchase one vehicle there and it was a joke. Looked at Rams when I was looking for a truck. Nothing but games played. The saying in the area is, "You haven't been boned, until you've been Carbone'd." Apparently Lithia bought them out, and from what I hear nothing has changed.

Victory Chrysler Dodge Jeep Rome NY. When I was looking at buying a Charger, they "found" one for me. Tried to upcharge me $3000 from their advertised price on autofinder. Verified the VIN on the car prior to even talking to me. Took it for a ride and there was a leak on it. Couldn't locate it and drove it back. Wouldn't budge on their "special" pricing. Wouldn't even consider looking at any vehicle on their lot. They had Rams that they added "optioned" lift kits on that they up charged a ridiculous amount for. This is the same dealer that can't fix a Ram Box for my neighbor on his Night edition Ram.

Maguires in Syracuse NY, I wasn't impressed with when I was looking. Wouldn't give me a real proposal sheet printed out. They took a Sharpie and scribbled everything down on a scrap piece of paper. Finance guy was shady...just my experiences when I was looking.

i am in the same boat for horrible dealerships.. . I bought my Truck at Barrie Chrysler in Barrie Ontario Canada. worst experience ever buying a truck. if the truck wasn't exactly what i was looking for i would have made the drive somewhere else to purchase the truck. unlisted fees, ridiculous down payments on a 0 down truck. somehow charged me over $300 for license plates and another $500 in admin fees. plus tried charging me for the spray in bed liner which we agreed to have installed at no charge in trade for the coffin rails and toolbox..
i am now on the hunt for that dealership that can treat me right, and so that i can join the "Highly recommended" club.

John Johnson Dodge in Budd Lake NJ should definitely be on the list of places to avoid. The price on their site was lower than they quoted me as I sat in the showroom. They promised me a sceond key fob when I bought the truck 3 weeks ago which I'm still waiting for and not counting on ever getting. I'm going to call them once last time for it tomorrow before trashing them on Google maps, Facebook, yelp, and Dealer Rater. Oh, and after dropping nearly 30 grand for a new truck they couldn't even give me enough gas to make the hour trip home. They promised to make good on the fuel too but that's another thing I doubt will happen. I can't wait to get my survey from Dodge and bury them. What's funny is they gave us a paper with a bunch of websites to leave a good review for them. I guess they don't realize that list can be used to leave bad reviews as well. LOL.

Lithia RAM in Grants Pass, Oregon. '17 Ram CTD 3500 4x4, new in October '17.

Got a price of $40,000 and handshake from the sales guy. Went back the next day to pay, and he had added $9,000 to the invoice. When I stood up to leave, he said he had to "talk to his manager" to remove the $9,000 worth of "free" oil changes, space shuttle paint protection and other BS I never asked for.

After he deleted the BS, the invoice was for $40,900 and he said "I was rounding down when I said $40,000 yesterday". I walked out.

For the next week, he and his sales manager called, texted and lied to me every day or so. "I can give you my friends and family discount, but will get fired if you tell anybody? He offered $100 or so more every time he texted. 10 days later, he called and said if I came to the dealership by the end of the day (it was 4:00 PM) I could have the truck for the price we agreed on earlier.

I really wanted to spend my money at the local small town dealership, but I ended up finding a better deal out of state. I had confirmed it the night before he called.

I have no tolerance for crap like that, and will avoid the dealership unless forced to do business with them. Oil changes? I buy the oil and filter from somebody else and do it myself.

Lying pieces of **** deserve to go out of business.

I won't name the dealer..they have been pretty good to me overall here in Ottawa, ON. My old Mazda truck was falling apart...went in to buy a Caliber, as their price beat my locals by 4,000$. After they "needed" my current registration papers..haha.. I got tired of waiting for them in the back room. I quickly left and went out to my truck,..can;t remember what I was getting. The 2 salesmen and the sales manager literally came RUNNING out of their office as i reached my truck, tumbling all over each other. I laughed ... and low-balled the crap out of them on the car. Sales dept- a joke..Service..pretty good overall.
