Thinking of selling :(

Hey guys,

Been thinking of selling my rig to fund some other family stuff. Trying to get your opinion on what I could get out of it. I was going to post in the classified but I see no trucks on there just parts. 2020 Wagon level 2 with 30K miles in very good condition. It has the 12” screen, leather, towing tech group with the following added to it:

-MBRP dual catback exhaust
-gray softopper with tent attachment
-RBP XD power steps
-custom carbon fiber steering wheel
-Bushwacker painted fender flares
-rustproofed

I have like new Patagonia 35s on 20” Fuels that I can sell with the truck or separate. Also have the stock wheels and tires. I would prefer a private party sale as opposed to getting hosed by a dealer. I know it’ll take the right buyer.

in the area of $45-50000. I was offered $45000 for my 2020 in perfect condition with 24000 miles. Not a scratch and RSI topper.

I guess the prices must be falling fast. I sold my '18 basically bone stock pw with 20,000 for 53,500 to a dealership back in may.

I used Carvana, and Carmax web sites to get an idea on the price of my Ranger. Come to find out Carvana was the best way to go for me. The offer was higher than I thought. But hurry, the used car market is trying to return to normal, and prices are starting to fall.

They are. There's a couple of Power Wagons in my area, both '18s, on dealer lots right now. One for about $38k with 80k miles, one for about $45k with 50k miles. Not to mention Power Wagons are more difficult to sell anyway - these two trucks have been on their respective lots for better than 3 months.

Heck even mine was a 'leftover' 2017 when I bought it, it had been sitting on the lot for 6 months with 3 miles on it. They had to put a new battery in it so I could test drive it.

I might check with the stealership to see what they offer. It won’t be pleasant I’m sure.

At the time I was surprised they offered me what they did. When I called the dealership that I bought it from to cancel the extended warranty they didn't believe me. They had 3 new PW's sitting unsold on the lot with gas prices still crazy. Best of luck to the op on getting a decent deal.

There is a 2020 here with 28,000 miles on 37s with AEV wheels specked similar to yours and they are asking 62,500.
