The front sensors are an ultrasound generator and receiver. They work or are defective.

If the sensor is constantly going off when you're at a very low (parking) speed even when you're not close to anything, you either need to clean the sensor, or you need to replace it. If it is not going off at all when you are close to an object at low speed, replace it.
