    Which engine for reliability?

    I just bought a 2008 1500 big horn with the 5.7 hemi. I bought it because the engine was replaced 7000 miles ago ... the dealer never even knew and was surprised when I showed him the carfax after I bought it.. I still drive my 1996 Dakota SLT with the 5.2. I love dodge engines...

    I knjow EXACTLY where you are coming from... My Manuel Transmission on my 1996 dodge dakota SLT is TERR ABLE... Just last month the slave went out after only 186.000 miles... Cheap assed junk... :laughing1: Now pardon me as i go outside and appologize for talking bad about her...
