UPDATE:
Along with experiencing the above problems I began having severe battery drainage. Swapped out my Optima Yellow Top twice due to voltage being too low for my charger to even recognize the battery.
THE FIX!
Fuel pump relay malfunctioning. Pump was staying on even with the key out of...
Just happened again. Coolant temp was 194 so cold start theory is out. It was within the first few minutes of starting the truck after getting some take out. Still happened while slowing down on an access road going approximately 30mph.
I’ve noticed it’s happening only in the first few minutes of the truck running. Although it did happen once after the truck was already warm so I wouldn’t say it’s necessarily a cold start related issue.
Does anyone see anything in the logged data that means something?
I have the exact same problem going on. I’ve noticed it’s happening only in the first few minutes of the truck running. Although it did happen once after the truck was already warm so I wouldn’t say it’s necessarily a cold start related issue.
This is the frame before stalling, two frames with the engine stalled, and the last is the engine running again. Shows I was going 29mph when it stalled out and RPM's dropped to 0.

It hasn’t cut out if I’m already stopped. Only when I’m stopping and going 30-20 mph. I’ve never had a problem with it starting back up or starting in general. It’s like when the transmission is downshifting while stopping the RPM’s just fall to zero.
No present code but a pending code of P0420 which I don’t think would be related. The booster hose was reused and seemed to be in good condition. It hasn’t happened with aggressive braking- just like slowing down to a stoplight with my mom in the truck
My 2012 hemi has done this maybe twice in the last few years but recently occurs almost daily. While coming to a stop on a service road, about 30-40mph and lightly on the breaks, the engine dies out. I’m able to throw it in neutral and it fires right up. Fuel level is never below 1/4 tank, so...
