Fuel gauge calibration?
I'll double check the numbers when I get home, but price-wise, I got the correct 35 gallon tank unit. If it is the correct one, from what I understand, the fuel gauge should read correctly. So, I'll exchange it for a different unit, it that's the case.- raxxter

Fuel gauge calibration?
Last weekend I replaced the fuel pump/level unit in my 05 3500. I had to fill it for the first time this morning and now the fuel gauge only reads ¾ full. It’s always been fairly accurate up until now. I tried resetting the gauges by holding the odometer/trip button in while turning the ignition...- raxxter

Fuel system pressure release alternative
Does anyone have an alternative way to release the fuel system pressure other than running the engine until it runs out of fuel? I have a 2005 3500 with the 5.7 hemi that I'm going to pull (think it's seized). The engine doesn't crank at all so I can'y run it out of fuel. The standard procedure...
