    Problems upgrading 16.13.13 firmware to 17.xx.xx in 2014 1500

    Has anyone else had trouble upgrading their firmware from 16.13.13 to 17.11.07? I was following Mpgrimm2's guide for my year model and I've tried everything, including formatting to FAT32, using multiple USB drive brands, ect. I even tried 17.43.01 instead of 17.11.07.
