    No from me. No death grip and it's not even in the spots I hold the wheel. If you look closely you'll see the stretching effect caused by the heat/cold. It's not rubbed.

    difficulty filling fuel tank

    Has nothing to do with the issue. I agree with the "topping off" comment, but this issues is causing the auto-shutoff to happen every two seconds when the tank is less than 1/4 full. Took me over 90 mins to get 3/4 full.

    Yes, it is the cold. It is a known issue. When you're on a road trip, where are you supposed to find a "warm area" for 12-15 hours? I was left stranded for hours trying to fill the tank.

    This just happened to me over the weekend. Took me over an hour to get half a tank. And I was in NJ where the attendant fills the tank for you. I told him I would do it. I've been on the phone with dealer as this is a known issue. I also sent email to Dodge/Chrysler to complain.
