Glad they figured it out.
I have a 2022 Laramie that randomly will not lock and wont respond to either remotes. (Yes they checked the batteries)
Dealer said it might be the wiring harness.
It took almost a year to get a new wiring harness but dealer still cant find the issue.
Going back tomorrow...
I have similar issues now..
Rear door panel lights weren't working. Took it to dealership to get fixed.
After "Fix" I started having the key fob issue.
I should ask the technicians if they read the forums. Seems like people here answer more of you questions.
I have a similar issue with my new 2022.
Key FOB randomly wont work. (tried both of them). (Yes I checked the batteries).
Truck also wont recognize KOB FOB's. So it won't start without doing emergency bypass.
If I manually lock doors, when I come back and use key alarm goes off.

Brand new 2022 Laramie GT
Had it about 3 weeks. All if a sudden key fobs (both) are not recognized also cant lock/ unlock doors.
Any body had this issue?
Did emergency by pass start to get it to dealer. Some where along the way it started working again.
Dealer said might be a passenger rear...
