I disable MDS. Gas mileage is dismal and found that turning off and adjusting gears myself has improved mileage by at least 1.5 mpg and feel truck is more responsive. At least in my opinion. Truck is more sure footed as well. I came from 2010 Sport, 5 speed, 3.92 gears into a 2017 Laramie 8...- pdjmwj
