had same issue with my truck when I went hids before I switched to LED but still same problem I am sure. I went into the the truck with alpha OBD and there is a setting for headlights change that setting to hid/LED never had an issue after that
sounds like your charging system is fine as for the blower motor need to check relay under hood the relay pin terminals have been known to burn up and loose connection mine did had to replace a terminal in the in the relay socket.
Me I am Like NCRaineman said if your going in do it all once and done I would at least as far as lifters go replace them and do both heads and send them to a head shop have them gone over they will strip tank them (clean) them pressure test and resurface them if you take your valve stem seals...

looks like you got a wiring issue I would be back tracking where you was working that day on exhaust and check every harness near where you was at seeing that it came up after you done the work wires are broken or lost connection within its connector where ever that may be
mds has not one thing to do with cam & lifter failures my truck being a HD is non
mds and had lifter failure and mine is not the only non mds hemi that has had same failure
