    It definitely vibrates on a cold start, but not unbearable...and as soon as the rpms drop a bit, it's fine. The turndown is under the bed, not under the cab, so I think that helps a bit. When I did it, if the turndown was under the cab, I wasn't going to do it as I thought there would be too...

    This is exactly what I just did to my '18. Pulled the rear pipe out and added a $6.99 turndown to the Mufflex 18". No crappy looking resonator and definitely sounds mean. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

    What did you do with your 4th Gen this week?

    Picked up my 18 Express last Saturday...tinted the windows to match, AVS deflectors, swapped the antenna for a stubby, added the rails, added Mufflex 18 (just have a turndown and deleted the rear pipe as I HATE the single exhaust look). Not a bad first week...gotta think of something for this...

    http://www.amazon.com/Performix-11212-Enhancer-Glossifier-Aerosol/dp/B0076M8TVM It is a clearcoat for Plasti Dip...allegedly it prevents fade and wear...I put it on as it makes the finish a bit more glossy and less flat.

    I did mine while still on the truck...technically I could have just sprayed the whole rim, lugs and center caps. My wife felt they would be too monochromatic if I did the lugs and the caps...I agreed and am happy I didn't do them. Breaks it up, and makes them look exactly like the Black...

    Have seen a million posts and videos... figured it was time to do this. I did not take the rims off the truck. Did not screw around with index cards. Saw a video, not sure which one, but they just sprayed the rims, and the Dip just peeled off the tires. Figured I'd give it a shot...

    Don't think he is talking about a spacer...porting a manifold involves smoothing out and removing metal to increase and improve flow. Usually they will match the ports to the exact size of the gaskets as well.

    Some drone...not tons. Not bad at all in my opinion, but it is there at about 1500-1600rpms. It's really not an issue...the sweet sound on startup and acceleration and cruising and coasting makes up for it!!!

    I did the Mufflex 18 first...love it and am extremely happy. I cut an extra slit, and only hand tightened. No issues whatsoever and sounds great. I will be tinting the front windows to match in a few weeks!

    New S&B and catch can MPG went down?

    Once they"oxygenate" the fuel, I always lose about 2mpg...luckily gas is cheaper!
