Got it detailed for the first time. Guy did a great job and said he could tell it's been cared for. He also said it's one of the nicest trucks he's had roll out. Made me feel pretty good!
I found my 16 crew a couple years ago in Seattle with the 6'4 and 392. Truck has been great since the day I owned it, Just replaced the junk Goodyear tires with Coooper ATP's after 30k miles. Still need to level it with Billsteins.
I made the switch because I was tired of the F150 5.4 3 valve having every issue known to man. That engine has so many design flaws it's not funny and I wasn't wanting to do the cam phaser bit so I sold it and went the RAM route. Couldn't be happier for my first one.
Mine is a Laramie with the long bed. Although I found it strange the only thing mine doesn't have is the in bed light. I picked it up used and have no idea what the person was thinking.

2016 Laramie True Blue Pearlcoat. This was the day I drove it home. Don't have a current pick with windows tinted and tonneau cover. But you get the idea.
When you get those surveys in you email, take them and be honest. I did and not only did I get an email back from RAM, but I also got a follow up call to clarify my comments. I don't think RAM takes this stuff lightly.

If they didn't act like they were doing you a favor every time you came in for an oil change, it would be great. Decided to go to the local Lithia dealership yesterday for my recalls, was treated unbelievably. I was shocked when I was ACTUALLY CALLED when it...
I made the switch last year because the Ford 5.4 3 valve engine is a complete pile. 104k miles and there go the phasers. Got into my 1500 with all the options I wanted and it had 15k miles on it. Best truck I've had so far.
