Harsh ride...new shocks?
I know very little about suspension, so I have a question. 2 years ago I had a front level done, and air bags in the rear. UCA's , 35's etc... Since then the truck is VERY harsh over normal road conditions. Sunken manhole covers, potholes etc etc. Not a nice ride at all. Is it safe to assume... -

115 v AC outlet
The outlet on my dash will run a hair dryer, but when we tried to use a water kettle when camping, it won't run it. The truck was running... The orange light comes on, then goes off. Any ideas on this? Thanks.- hammy56

Best replacement shocks?
yea, this is what scares me...I wanting the opposite of this. I want a more cushy ride that soaks up the smaller potholes and crap. Basically Im wanting the truck to ride like new again, so maybe just a new OEM replacement? -

Im wanting to replace the shocks on my Ram this year...mine seem a bit harsh when Im hitting small bumps, sunken manhole covers, etc... Daily commuter, with a little dirt road use in the summer. Nothing crazy as far as off-road stuff. 2.5 level with rear bags. 70k miles. Thanks for any input. -

8 years is a long time, but its the bi-weekly payments that has me scratching my head... For me its simple math. I bought my truck with a 7 year term. Just to keep the payments as low as possible. Because Im self employed- so in case I have a slow month here or there...But most months I send in...- hammy56

Vibrations and Noises are normal
nope. My '15 with 68k doesn't vibrate or make and silly noises. I wouldn't tolerate it...it'd drive me nuts.- hammy56

Rattling noise after level...
To be fair- I realized I had the wrong kit shortly after posting the pic. But yea, there’s some knowledgeable folks here, which is really helpful. That rattle was driving me crazy, and making me love my truck less. Now I’m back to loving her again. -

*UPDATE* Had the correct leveling kit installed finally. (2.5" Ready Lift). But this didn't fix the rattle... Took it back the other day and 2-3 guys spent over an hour pushing and pulling and couldn't figure out where the damn noise was coming from. They all heard it but couldn't find it... -

Agreed. I asked a lot of questions and expressed my frustrations today. The kit they installed was the Zone 2”. I’m told as long as there is no rubbing it’ll be fine until it gets swapped for the RL kit. As for the noise- no one has a clue. But it started after this stuff was installed, so... -

Just back from the shop. They agree the wrong kit was installed. Nobody knows how the hell that happen, but the correct kit is being ordered. -

When I first contacted the shop- we decided on a Zone 2" level...a few days later I realized with that kit I would be limited to 33" tires. Which I already had, so that was out. I wanted 35's. (I have 34.6" now). They said no problem, we'll send that kit back for a small restock fee. Cool. So we... -

You’re right. I noticed the same thing earlier. I don’t think the noise I’m hearing is related- but I paid for that kit- and didn’t get it. I’ll be asking questions tomorrow. -

I will first thing tomorrow, before heading to the shop. Not sure how this would affect my noise situation but its worth a try. But regardless, Id want the parts if they're suppose to be there. -

Not sure if they were included. I’ll ask tomorrow. It doesn’t look like there’s a spot for them...? EDIT- I was wrong- it looks like the brackets mount to the frame. I thought at first it was the frame itself.
