Cold air intake
Has any one installed a cold air intake on a truck w a body lift? I have a 3" body lift and was wondering if any did. I know the intake filter mounts to the fender and since my body is now 3" higher that might pose an issue with a new "fixed" intake tube -

That looks great buuttt I meant an actual cover to cover the truck up to protect it from the sun while being parked -

Is there a company out there that makes custom truck covers? The sunbrella and similar covers cant be custom made. My truck has a Nfab pre runner bar up front and a roll bar in the back bed with KC lights that sit higher than the roof so a standard cover wont fit -

You hit the nail on the head. Im not worried about MPG. I was/am Fortunate enough to live near where I work and I now have a take home car. -

With a K &N you will be lucky to gain maybe 2mpg... when I had one on my last ram it didnt help all that much by itself.. i added a TB spacer and the two worked together well -

It depends on which way the wind is blowing I average about 10 maaayybe 12mpg If the wind is with me -
