radio volume increases at random
I had a similar problem with a different vehicle, turned out to be the adaptive sound that increases and decreases the volume as noise in the cabin moves up and down. Check in with our vendors on that section of the forum, such as @RealTruck they can help. Also, consider flat running board, nerf bars may not be best option for your wife. -

Could be the thumb drive is too big. Try a 33 gb and see if all songs are recognized. I have had problems in the past with larger drives.- tron67j

2014 2500 6.4 what to look for
Anything can have issues. I have a 6 speed, never a problem. Really haven't seen enough posting in many years that would lead to a concern that the 6 speed has a problem. Beware of "hearing things". Do a search for things you want to know and see what comes up here.- tron67j

2002 Ram 5.9 no start
Have you had the battery load tested? Not just a meter like at a auto parts store, but an actual load test. Your volts may be fine but it could be having a problem with amps. That could cause your problems. -
Should I buy a Power Wagon with high miles?

Running Boards 2021 Warlock
Is your truck a classic (1500 in door, not in hood). These running boards are for classic. As far as drilled out holes, assume you bought used. Someone must have drilled to install boards and gave up. But the drilled metal looks fresh, no rust, a bit weird. -

Battery Low Voltage
Did the test on the battery include a load test for the amps? This is not a quick test that can be done with a handheld device at AutoZone. Quite possible the voltage is fine but amps are not there. Bad amps can cause electrical problems. -
Truck hesitate when accelerating from stop
Replace fuel filter after running tank to empty. During that, try isopropyl alcohol dry gas (not ethanol dry gas as it just separates water where IP dry gas mixes and burns it out).
