    I believe I figured out how this works after getting my locker and comparing the plug to the pictures @olyelr posted. It seems the o-ring on the plug is the only thing that seals it, theres 2 plastic tabs on the back side so the plug pushes through from the inside until the plastic tabs contact...

    I already ordered the gears and locker, the cheapest I’ve seen a rear axle go for is over 2k and can’t even find fronts. I wouldn’t want to know the price anyhow

    Yea that looks just like the one I bought, that’s the wiring off the magnet. I thought you meant you saw one that came with the male side plug and a short pigtail. And you’re correct I’ll only be using 2 wires with my retrofit
