Looks like you have a 2016 Ram. I traded in my 2015 for a 2019. My 2015 didn't have this issue. It appears to be a Gen 5 quirk. I am driving around with the EGR unplugged and it is so much better, not perfect but better. So far no CEL.- Poison Fraction

you are correct even the dealer can't calibrate the TPS, they tried to calibrate it with their diagnostics tools and it doesn't exist for gen 5 trucks.
