Rebuilding 5.7 hemi
My piston sleeve dropped a little so I’m wondering what would be the best choice. To rebuild the engine from lifter piston heads cam shaft gaskets timing chain. Or should I just try an get a used or complete rebuilt engine an what years can I put in a 2014 ram 1500 express classic- midnight express

Rebuilt hemi backfiring through intake
I have a 2006 ram 1500 mega cab with the 5.7 hemi with no EGR. I bought a junk yard motor and took it to be rebuilt at a machine shop. Issue: Won't idle and is running lean with new fuel pump and motor overhaul. Cold start will run for 3-5 min, if rev'ed or loaded more than placing into gear motor stalls.
