02-08 Tow Mirrors On My 99

Okay so i have found a great deal on a pair of 02-08 towing mirrors on craigslist. I found a pair of kool-vue mirrors that are brand new and haven't been installed. I offered the guy $75 if I can find out that they fit my truck. I know I have to get the support brackets, but the main thing is Will They Fit???

I am planning on getting them today, so the faster the response, the better.

They dont fit just drill new holes haha. I wouldnt expect power/heat to match up though if they are.

So they won't fit without modifications? They aren't heated or powered.

Im not sure if they do or not, an option in case you buy them and they dont bolt right up

Buy them. The 02-08 sell about 350$ sell them and buy the ones made for the truck on eBay.

The mirrors aren't powered or heated, but I still think i could buy them for $75 and sell them for a higher price. I just wish they would bolt right up.

I actually ran into the same situation, but i have yet to contact the guy to see if they are powered/heated... i would sure love to have them on my truck though.I wonder if possible if you can rewire the 3rd gen mirrors so they can match up the 2nd wire harness, would just need to find a diagram, right?

or maybe just spend the little extra money and get brand new ones, lol
