115V/400W Outlets Issues

Is anyone else finding the outlets to be weak? I tried using a 300W air pump to blow up a paddle board, and the outlet cuts off after 1 second. The front outlet, rear outlet and 12V DC plug with a 500W power inverter pluged into it, all cut out? I was shocked it couldn't handle it.
5th Gen 2020 Ram 1500.
